My upstairs neighbor’s water heater recently broke and ended up overflowing. Quite a bit of water leaked though to my bedroom. One side of my mattress was soaked. It had a mattress cover on it and we’ve had ServPro drying equipment (large drying fans dehumidifiers) running for 72 hours straight. The mattress is brand new and I would like to save it if possible. I was going to have it professionally cleaned, but I want to make sure that it won’t develop any mold.
