I want to make some unique concrete lawn items, and need to know how to make a mold for pouring concrete. How do I get the item out of the mold without breaking the mold?

I have a lot of mold in my apartment. It’s everywhere: walls, near the windows, the ceiling. The mold is not only black. It’s red and other colours. I have no idea what to do. Would you tell me how to get rid of the stupid mold problem with natural products? A friend of mine said that a woman told her to use household bleach on the mold but I’m not sure it will work for me. What do you think I should do?

The mold is black and covers large areas of the cement walls. The corners are almost solid black. We placed an office chair we weren’t using in the basement about a month ago when we first moved in; the fabric seat and back of the chair have since grown a greenish, fuzzy-looking mold. I don’t want to store anything else in the basement until I can figure out a way to either get rid of the mold or make sure it doesn’t grow on everything! I also do not wish to waste an entire basement’s worth of storage space. The space does not have good ventilation and this is a house we are renting. Any advice?

Drinks have been set on top and the mold/mildew penetrated the wood, therefore sanding the wood would leave an indent. Any good advice?

I have two african violets that are potted and kept indoors. Recently I’ve begun to notice that whitish mold is growing on the surface of the soil on one plant, and yellowish/goldish mold is growing on the surface of the other plant. Is there anything I can do to kill the mold without harming my plants or their roots?

I finally got around to pulling my family’s guns out of storage before the winter hit. I was dissappointed to find that when my father took them and put them in there he neglected to have a moisture absorber put in the cabinet with them. I found one of our antique piece’s sling covered in white mold. I was able to get the mold off of it, but there are still some significant mold stains on it. Its a light tan chamois color, so its extremely noticable, and when I clean it, the cleaner cannot discolor or stain it, this is a vintage 1800s piece, and the sling has been certified to be the original, and will reduce the value of it if it has to be removed. Anyone have experience in leather cleaning?

We are moving into a home that was built in the 1920’s, remodeled in the 1970’s, and made to resemble a Colorado cabin-not a log cabin, however. There is a lot of greenery-trees, vines, flowers, and ground cover-with a drip system up close to the base of the wood on the house. The walls of a bathtub/shower combo are lined with wood that has been treated with a marine sealer, and has black mold. The home had a water leak for 2 weeks in February before it was discovered. It is just now being de-humidified. There is obvious black mold in a closet, on wood flooring, behind the washer and dryer, yellow mold in a bathroom storage closet. This home has not been lived in for two years, and we have rented it from our friends. They have been quite cooperative, and accomodating, and we will be getting an evaluation, recommendation, repair-within monetary reason. My question is this: What will be used to eradicate as much of the mold as possible and what can we do to treat any recurring mold?

I have a wooden clock and it is made from a pine type of wood, rather light in colour and I don’t want it scarred after removing the mold. Please help!

I have a fairly small 2-hosed hookah. The bowl is growing mold in it, because I didn’t dry it well enough before storing it.
I don’t know how to get it out. It is down in the bottom of the bowl, and the neck of the bowl is quite narrow, so I have no way of scrubbing it off.
Is there anyway I could get the mold off by using some sort of solution?
One of my friends suggested putting it in the oven to kill the mold, but I will only try that as a last resort. Your help is greatly appreciated.
